No two people train the same way and here, you don't have to. Whether you want a fully private coaching experience, want to bring a training partner, thrive in a group setting, or love the energy of a bootcamp, there's a format for you.

All in-person sessions take place out of my private studio in Chappelle, South Edmonton, with outdoor bootcamp options available seasonally.

Training Programs

Every format includes my signature coaching approach: custom programming, form coaching, nutrition support, and ongoing check-ins through the Trainerize app. What changes is the setting and the people you train with.

1:1 Personal Training

The most focused, personalized training experience available. Choose between 30-minute or 60-minute sessions, each entirely about you: your program, your goals, your pace. I coach you hands-on through every set, adjusting in real time and making sure you're building strength safely.

Ideal if you want undivided attention, prefer a private environment, or have specific needs (postpartum, injury management, medical considerations) that benefit from 1:1 oversight.

Partner Training

Train alongside your best friend, partner, or accountability companion. Partner training is designed so both of you are working toward your individual goals within the same session. It's more affordable than two separate 1:1 sessions, and the shared fun makes it easier to stay consistent.

Spouses, friends, siblings, coworkers—anyone you'd trust to show up with you.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp at Estrada Fitness is high-energy, full-body training that blends strength and conditioning in a group format. Sessions are designed to challenge you—whatever your level—with workouts that are scalable, coached, and never the same twice.

Indoor bootcamps run year-round out of the Chappelle studio. When the Edmonton weather decides to cooperate, we take it outside for a change of scenery and fresh air.

If you love the vibe of a workout class but want real coaching behind it, bootcamp is your format!

Small Group Training

Small group training brings together a handful of people working toward similar goals in a coached, structured environment. You get the energy and community of training with others, with far more personal attention than you'd ever get in a big-box gym class.

Groups are intentionally kept small so I can coach everyone properly. This isn't a drop-in class where you're just following along. Expect to actually be seen, coached, and pushed.

Hybrid Fitness Coaching

Want the accountability of in-person training and the flexibility to follow your own schedule? Hybrid fitness combines regular in-person sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) with fully programmed independent training days through the Trainerize app.

You get hands-on coaching, virtual check-ins, and the structure of a full training week—including the days you're on your own.

Available alongside any of the available formats: 1:1, partner, group, or bootcamp.

  • Hands-on technique guidance every session. You'll build strength safely and confidently.

  • Your program, session notes, and progress tracking all in one place between sessions.

  • Practical guidance on fuelling your training with nutrition and macro coaching—no fad diets, no restriction. Sustainable eating that supports your goals.

  • I’m in your corner between sessions too, with check-ins, adjustments, and messaging support through Trainerize. I’m your supportive personal trainer, even outside the gym.

  • 1:1 personal training is usually the best starting point for beginners—you'll get my full attention to learn proper form, build confidence, and progress safely. That said, I’ll help you decide on your free consultation call based on your specific situation.

  • Absolutely. We’ll have regular check-ins and if a different format starts to make more sense for your goals or schedule, I’ll help you make that transition. Nothing is locked in forever!

  • Just yourself and something to drink. My south Edmonton studio has everything you need for your training sessions.

  • I hold a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Certification and has worked with many postpartum clients. I’ll work within your current stage of recovery and any guidance from your healthcare provider to build a safe, progressive program.

  • Fill out the consultation form and I’ll be in touch to book your free 30-minute virtual call. From there, I'll walk you through onboarding and get your first session on the calendar if you’re ready to start training!
