Postpartum Personal Training in Edmonton
Safe, Progressive, and Built Around Where You Actually Are.
In-person at my private Chappelle studio in South Edmonton, or online anywhere in Canada — wherever works best for your season of life.
If you're looking for postpartum personal training in Edmonton with a coach who actually understands what your body has been through — you're in the right place. I hold a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Certification, I'm a mom of two myself, and I've worked with many postpartum clients over the years. I know this season can feel overwhelming. My job is to remove the guesswork, meet you exactly where you are, and help you rebuild your strength and confidence at a pace that's right for your body—not someone else's timeline.
How Postpartum Personal Training in Edmonton Works
We start where you actually are
Before anything else, we do a full movement assessment so I can understand how your body is moving, where you're at in your recovery, and what we need to work around. There's no assumption that you're ready for a certain level of training—we find out together, and we build from there. Everything is progressive, everything is intentional, and nothing happens before your body is ready for it.
A program that fits your new mom life
I know what it's like to be a mom with a full plate—limited time, unpredictable energy, and a body that's changing week to week. Your program is built around that reality. Whether you're training in my private studio in Chappelle, following a program through the Trainerize app from home, or a combination of both. Every session is designed to be effective, realistic, and something you can actually stick to. We update your program every 4–8 weeks as your strength and recovery progress.

The general guideline is to wait until you've been cleared by your healthcare provider—typically around six weeks postpartum for a vaginal birth, and longer for a C-section.
That said, every recovery is different, and clearance doesn't mean you're ready to jump back into intense training. When you work with me, we start with a thorough movement assessment and build your program progressively based on how your body is actually responding.
If you're unsure where you're at, your free consultation call is a great place to start that conversation.
-
Yes! Though your recovery timeline will be longer than a vaginal birth, and your program will be designed accordingly.
C-section recovery involves healing deeper layers of tissue, so we take a careful, graduated approach to core work and avoid anything that creates unnecessary intra-abdominal pressure in the early stages. I work within any guidance from your doctor or healthcare provider and build your program around where your body actually is. We'll get there at the right pace for you.
-
That's one of the most common things I hear, and it's completely valid. You don't need to feel ready to reach out. That's what the free consultation call is for. We talk through where you're at, what your recovery has looked like, any concerns you have, and what a realistic starting point looks like for you. There's no pressure to jump into anything.
I'm a mom of two, I hold a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Certification, and I've worked with many postpartum clients—I understand that this season looks different for everyone, and I'll always meet you where you are.

Both work really well for postpartum clients and it genuinely depends on what fits your life. In-person training at my private studio in Chappelle, South Edmonton gives you hands-on coaching, form correction, and the accountability of showing up to a dedicated space.
Online coaching through the Trainerize app gives you the flexibility to train at home around nap times, feeds, and the unpredictability of life with a newborn. Some clients do a mix of both.
We'll figure out the right fit on your free consultation call—no commitment required.
