Group Fitness in South Edmonton

Show Up Together. Get Stronger Together.

Two ways to train with the group—bootcamp and partner training.

There's something different about training with other people. The energy is higher, the accountability is real, and somehow the hard sets feel a little more manageable when you're not going through them alone. At Estrada Fitness, group training is about being part of something. Everyone shows up. Everyone works hard. Everyone leaves feeling proud of themselves.

Bootcamp

High energy, full-body training that mixes strength, conditioning, cardio, circuits, AMRAPs, and interval work — different every single week. Classes are kept small so coaching stays hands-on. You'll be seen, coached, and pushed in the best way possible.

Partner Training

More structured than bootcamp, with a focus on progressive programming over time. Partner training brings together your friend, spouse, colleague, or sibling working toward similar goals in a coached, consistent environment—with more individual attention than a typical class setting.

Who This Is For

  • Thrive with the energy of a group around you—people who push you and celebrate you in equal measure.

  • Want a consistent, coached workout without the commitment of 1:1 personal training sessions.

  • Have been working out alone and hit a plateau—group training brings a new level of accountability and variety.

  • Just want a great workout in a space where you feel like you belong!

Partner training and bootcamp is a great fit if you:

What To Expect In a Partner Workout or Bootcamp

The community is one of the best parts. Everyone supports each other, hypes each other up, and works hard together. It's a space where you can show up exactly as you are—whatever your fitness level, whatever your week has looked like—get a killer workout in, and leave feeling proud of yourself every single time.

  • I coach every program—form cues, modifications, and motivation throughout the full session.

  • Every movement can be modified up or down. Beginners and experienced athletes train side by side.

  • No two bootcamps are the same. Strength, conditioning, circuits, AMRAPs, intervals—always something different.

  • Kept intentionally small so coaching quality stays high and nobody gets lost in the crowd.

  • A room full of people who show up, support each other, and celebrate every win—big and small.

  • Year-round indoor sessions at the Chappelle, South Edmonton studio, with outdoor bootcamps through the Edmonton summer.

  • “Thank goodness for Annie. I was in a slump and needed some invigoration to lift heavy weights again. I was conscious of injury from lifting incorrectly and was bored at the gym myself because I didn't have a solid workout plan. Annie help resolve both my problems. She set me up with a great workout plan I can use at the gym when I'm not in training with her. I love that it's a no brainer for me to select the workout I feel like doing that day and I can get in and out of the gym within an hour with my muscles crying. She's also helped me develop confidence with lifting heavy and ensuring my form is correct to prevent strain and injury. I'm loving my journey with her and can't wait to see how I can grow with her help.”

Through experience, I know she meets her clients where they are and works with them to progress to the next level. With Annie’s support I have been able to see and feel huge progress. Annie knows how to balance being a cheerleader yet knows when to push myself. My favourite days of the week are the days I have a scheduled workout with Annie.”
