Nutrition & Macro Coaching in South Edmonton

Fuel Your Body Without the Overwhelm.

My Philosophy on Nutrition

Before we ever talk numbers or macros, we talk about habits. Because here's what I've seen over more of a decade of coaching: the people who build sustainable results are the ones who first build sustainable habits.

A program that's technically perfect but totally unrealistic for your life isn't going to work—and it's not your fault when it doesn't. It just wasn't designed for you.

So that's where we start. What does your day actually look like? What foods do you enjoy? What feels realistic? From there, we build a nutrition approach that supports your training goals without turning every meal into a calculation. I want fitness to feel possible for you—not like another thing to stress about.

What Nutrition Coaching with Me Actually Looks Like

Nutrition coaching is included as part of every coaching program I offer—in-person and hybrid. Here's what that looks like in practice:

Macro Coaching

I'll help you understand your macros — protein, carbs, and fats — and how to use them as a flexible guide rather than a rigid rulebook. No obsessive tracking required.

Nutritious Recipes Built Around Your Training

One of the first things I ask new clients is what foods they actually enjoy for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. From there, I send recipe ideas that fit both their preferences and their nutrition targets.

Your nutrition plan works alongside your training program—fuelling your workouts, supporting recovery, and helping your body do what we're asking it to do in the gym.

Ongoing Adjustments & Supplement Guidance

As you progress and your goals evolve, your nutrition guidance evolves with it. This isn't a one-time handout—it's part of the ongoing coaching relationship.

As part of onboarding, I share practical supplement suggestions — nothing extreme, just evidence-based recommendations that can support your goals and fill any gaps.

Habit & Lifestyle Strategies

We work on building consistent, realistic habits around eating—not perfection. Meal timing, practical strategies for busy weeks, how to navigate social situations without derailing your progress.

What I Focus On In Macro & Nutrition Coaching

✔︎ Build a realistic, flexible nutrition approach around your real life, not your idealized life.

✔︎ Help you understand how food supports your training, your energy, and your overall wellbeing.

✔︎ Send you recipe ideas based on foods you already enjoy to be practical, not perfect.

✔︎ Focus on building consistency and healthy habits first, because that's where lasting results actually come from.

  • “I’ve been training with Annie for 1 year and the results have been incredible. What really sets her apart is her attention to form and motivation — she always ensures I’m performing exercises correctly and safely while pushing me to do my best. I’ve seen real progress not just in my strength and endurance, but also in my confidence and overall mindset toward fitness.
Beyond the workouts, Annie is supportive, knowledgeable about nutrition and recovery, and genuinely cares about clients’ success.”

  • “As someone who works more of a desk job so is more prone to sedentary muscles and joints she first made a focus on ensuring that my form and flexibility improved before just looking to load me up with heavier weights.

Since starting with her I have greatly seen improvement in my form and activation in muscles previously neglected or weak. I truly love working out with Annie and she brings a truly wonderful energy and check-ins with me on the regular especially after crushing me with a difficult workout.”
